• Prices exclude Goods and Services Tax
• Prices exclude freight charges
• All prices shown on this site is in New Zealand Dollars
• Prices shown on-line can change without prior notification
• Products are priced and sold as 'each' unless otherwise specified
• Customer accepts ownership of goods upon dispatch from National Flower Traders warehouse
• Please carefully inspect each delivery on arrival and report, by email, any discrepancies, freight damage, or faulty merchandise within three days
• Goods cannot be returned on basis of changed mind, unsold or unused
• Once an order has been made and paid for, you cannot cancel it
• For account holders, payment due 20th of month following invoice, failure of prompt payment and any trade discount shall be reversed and account put on credit stop.
• Minimum first order, on account, NZ$350.00
• Minimum repeat orders, on account, NZ$50.00
• Minimum annual spend to retain 'on account' status NZ$1,500.00
